Our training services are a way to increase your revenue by keeping your staff barista skills sharp.  We will schedule one of our highly-trained Coffee Squad members to work with your staff on all the aspects of making excellent espresso.

You can schedule a Coffee Squad member to work with any of the staff shifts and teach them important techniques such as:

TRAINING CONTRACTS

BASIC TRAINING 20 HOURS $19 PER HOUR

                                    Good for some quick training with key staff members

IN-DEPTH TRAINING 20 TO 50 HOURS $17 PER HOUR

                                     Good for more intensive longer training

LONG- TERM TRAINING 51+ HOURS $15 PER HOUR

                                    Good for advanced and extensive training for various staff members 

                         

You can pre-purchase a set number of training hours per month or per year.  You use the training hours whenever you need them.  We can schedule our Coffee  Squad members for opening, closing, mid or even weekend shifts.  Just book a Coffee Squad barista through our easy booking form.  We will confirm the request and send out a Coffee Squad barista.

Prior to signing a contact with Coffee Squad, one of our associates will set up an appointment with the owner or manager to review your training needs.  All of our training programs comes complete with a laminated quick guide to espresso preparation and machine cleaning and maintenance.
