Coffee Squad offers two rate plans, one is an emergency rate and the other is the popular contract rate.  We take care of all the employment paperwork including payroll taxes.  All you need to do is pick up the phone, email us or click here for our Coffee Squad Information form.  We will respond ASAP.   

EMERGENCY RATE

$19.00 PER HOUR

If you find yourself suddenly without a barista, don’t worry. Our staff are trained to step into a business and start making coffee right away.  We will dispatch a Coffee Squad member within an hour of the call.  Before you call please review our emergency call information form and submit to us.  This will assist you when calling us.  The Coffee Squad member will bring all the necessary forms to complete the call.    

CONTRACT RATE

0 to 19 HOURS $19 PER HOUR

20 TO 50 HOURS $17 PER HOUR

51+ HOURS $15 PER HOUR

TRAINING RATE $8.10 PER HOUR

 

You can pre-purchase a set number of hours per month or per year.  You use the hours whenever you need them regardless of the reason.  Just book a Coffee Squad barista through our easy booking form.  We will confirm the request and send out a Coffee Squad barista.

Prior to signing a contact with Coffee Squad, one of our associates will set up an appointment with the owner or manager to review your employee handbook.  We will discuss your requirements including operation of the POS system, opening and closing procedures, cash handling and special training.  A Coffee Squad member will be dispatched to your business prior to the start of the first work day for on-site training.  Training will be paid at $8.10 per hour and will be subtracted from the contract hours.
